I use this on my Triumph Scrambler’s tank and fenders. Finishes range from matte, to satin. All are cleaned and well protected by this product. I have tried others and found them to be hit or miss as far as streaking is concerned. Said issue could be my fault, but the Ducky matte finish detailer has been a more “forgiving” product.
I also use this on my helmet which also is matte finished to remove bugs and smudges. You may also use this on gloss surfaces in a pinch but be aware that it will do nothing to enhance the glossiness of those surfaces.

I expected better. Doesn’t do a good job on my matte paint and leaves a haze when it dries. I tried it on my matte motorcycle and a few other flat finishes. Doesn’t work well. I bought something else for better results.

I like that the bottle seems to be a good size and will last a while. I use this for my matte helmet and it works great.

I’ve only used this once on my matte motorcycle, and it worked well. It was recommended to me by the local motorcycle dealer, so I’m sure they have a lot more experience with these, and they like Ducky’s.

I m not a fan of this product. I ve compared it several others & it is the least effective. I m disappointed. It will streak & when u spray the product leave the spray patterns until you use a better product to clean & protect

In 2022, I bought a matte black motorcycle helmet from Bell. Came back from a two-week trip and washed the helmet with Dawn per instructions from Bell. Some of the insect hits left “greasy” looking shiny spots (as big as a dime – very noticeable – see “before” pic.) Would NOT wash off! Discussed with Bell Customer Service, sent them pics, they agreed to a warranty replacement helmet. (!) So, pretty bad, right? Decided to order Ducky’s Spray from Amazon and try it first. It was not instantaneous, but Ducky’s DID restore the helmet to matte black. Took maybe 20 minutes of rubbing with microfiber and just with my thumb but the helmet looks good as new. I’m kinda amazed.

Have decaling on my truck that has water spots bakes on to them, especially the hood. I bought a few product to try and preserve the decaling and this one seems to be one of the better ones.

I used this on my motorcyle to try to restore the matte color after cleaning one of the fairing with ethanol. It didnt bring the color back but it did make it look better. On the fairings where I didnt clean with ethanol it worked super well.
