Fits both my phones (iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 7) easily. Seems sturdily built, and the clasp keeps my phone right where I need it to be. The cooling functionality is super effective and the fan is nice and quiet — even on a hot day my phone is almost cold to the touch when I take it out.

The connection between the mount and the base is completely worthless. Basically as soon as my 30-day return period ended, it was completely broken. It will not hold the weight of my pixel phone upright, nor will it hold it in orientation, it just spins to a 45° angle that’s completely unusable.
I did give it two stars because the cooling function works fantastic. If they would put the engineering that they put into the fan into the mount we’d have a winner.

The base is strong and adheres very well. The cooling system works great. My only “problem” is the rather flimsy spring loaded phone clip. It holds fine, but I feel like it will break soon when I’m either installing or removing the phone. I hope they upgrade with a button latch release like many other holders use.

I have had 2 of these. The first one would no longer hold up my phone, pretty much broke where the rotating piece meets the actual mount. The company sent a second one and the suction mount will no longer stick to the other piece and the mount has simply been on my dash. It almost appears to have been affected by heat. The fan also started making odd noises like it was slowing down. Maybe I got a couple of bum uinits, but I won’t buy a third.

So, I really wanted to like this as I need the cooling for my phone especially in the summer as I use my phone for a dash cam.
The cooling is great, however I was also hoping it charges the phone as well as cools, but it does not do that. So you need two USB cables if you want to both charge and cool your phone. I am disappointed in this product and will be returning it.

I have an iPhone 12 with the overheating problem. I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve been truckin down the road, listening to a podcast, and have it quit in the middle of something good because it overheated.
I like that this DOES NOT have those stupid LEDs. I HATE them. It’s like inviting someone to get up in your business when you’d rather be more subtle. I’ll be glad when that fad is over.
The only gripe I have is the dash mount. I’ve never liked that style, and prefer something more low profile. So I changed out the ring and tried it on the dash mount I already had for my phone. It worked out great. A much more convenient place that doesn’t interfere with anything on the dash or windshield. Plus I still have room on the dash to sit my Garmin for those long trips when I don’t want to eat up all my data.

There is a plate that conducts heat from your phone, it is cool even in the hot day. It is a bit audible, but not too loud. You won’t be able to feel any air blowing, but it definitely vibrates and buzzes a bit. Overall, very good product for a low price.
