I installed 2 actuators and both did not operate well. They work fine when first installed but after a few days do not actuate easily when the handle is pulled. Amazon replaced the first and the second one is also defective. Faulty product and not easy to install on the car.

I ordered the part and replaced the actuator, the door functions correctly with and with out key. The door locks and unlocks using the key fob.

Worked fine at first, then randomly unlocks and sets off car alarm. Also shows door is open randomly as I drive down the road.

My 2003 Jeep Liberty started making an awful noise on the driver’s door. I searched Amazon for a new lock actuator and purchase this one. A few videos from YouTube and I was off to the races. I have to admit it was a pain getting my old one out and putting the new one in, but it works just like it did when the Jeep was new. It fixed my problem and I’m very pleased with the part. I would recommend this to anyone needing a new lock actuator.
