Replaced 2010 ram 2500 actuator, fit and works perfectly. Only issue was the listing for 2010 was actually for 3rd gen (2002-2009) rams, 2010 being first year of 4th gen HD line. Had to search and order actuator for a 2011 Ram 2500

Perfect fit, door works great now. The old one was a real pain to remove, but this one installed no problem at all and after having been installed for a good while now it still works perfectly.

You do have to tear apart the whole door, but there is a great video on YouTube. Put this in and it worked like a charm.

This fits the rear drivers side door on a 2012 Ram 1500 Bighorn. Part feels well made and a direct replacement for oem.
Unfortunately Dorman’s cross reference chart does not list this year in the Ram 1500 section. Hopefully they update their information.

Rockauto didn’t even have this part available. Oreillys was double the price and special order. This part arrived within a day and was installed hours after it was delivered. Impressed with product as well. Would recommend over RockAuto at this time, and they normally are good to go.
Look up videos for installation! In a Dodge truck, this replacement requires disconnecting the window from the interior door. While not difficult, it is involved.
