Austin –
Bought this for my 2007 Chevrolet Silverado 2500hd Classic (LBZ Duramax). It said it was compatible online, and yes, it does screw into the fuel filter housing and click into the sensor wiring harness just fine. However, after installing, my “Water in fuel” light came on every time I started my truck after not running it for a couple hours. The only reason I replaced the sensor in the first place was because I cracked the original one which worked fine but it started leaking fuel. I’d recommend buying from AC Delco. I also noticed the Doorman is a 6 sided sensor wrench while the original and the AC Delco were both 12 sided.

Sensor works perfect for much cheaper than one from the dealership.
Fair and honest –
This was a perfect match to my original on my 2009 Silverado. Fair price and worked without any reset.

Faulty after driving the truck one day. Water in fuel message is on on the dash. Very disappointed in this.
Josh –
Had to go back and use the old one, out of the box it was alerting that there was water in the diesel after the separator. Tested both it and the old one, this one was in a constant detected state.

If you don’t use it as soon as possible return window will close and it’s a waste. I purchased 2 for my shop, don’t need them very often. Used one Wednesday, customer returned with dash light on replaced with the second one from purchase and light went out. Return of faulty one is not possible. Return window closed. One sensor cost me $53. Dollars, will not purchase again.
