I have a 2009 Ford F-150 that the driver side window just would roll up with you having to grab it and pull it. I talked to a shop and they said it would cost between $200-$300 to have this replaced. So when i found it on here i was worried about doing it myself, I mean this part kinda looks intimidating to install lol. But i bought and watched a few videos on youtube on how to change it. My wife drives the truck mostly and as soon as it came she was like lets go put it on. So her and i got after it and started the job. It took us about an hour to change it out. It honestly took longer to get the door panel off than it did to take the old one out and put the new one in. It works like a dream, I highly recommend this product. Basic tools was about all i needed, which was a set of metric sockets and a couple flat blade screw drivers. To get the door panel off you are suppose to use a trim tool to access some bolts but it was easy enough with two screw driver.

Fits my 2009 F150 XLT supercrew. I watch a YouTube video on how to install it and at first felt like it was going to be a little intimidating to install. However the install was insanely easy and took about 30 mins from start to finish. I’m pretty sure if I had taken it to the dealership I would have spent $300+ on parts and labor and they would have kept my truck for a whole day.

Returned window operation to normal. Previously the window would get stuck down randomly. Installed this with ease and now it it back to smooth quiet and most importantly, reliable operation.

This fits my 2009 F150 Lariat front drivers side window almost perfectly. The install took about an hour, and most of that is just dealing with the door panel. The actual regulator install was pretty simple, but I did have to force the top left bolt a little. Overall I am quite happy to have my window working perfectly again at a fraction of the cost I would have paid at a shop.
Happy Customer –
Took about an hour to install. Works better than original. No more driving in rain with window stuck down. The original would go up in increments now it goes up super smooth and fast. Very fast shipping.

Great price and was easy to install, happy to be able to roll my window down again.

This worked perfectly (after some finagling) in my 2009 F150 Lariat. The regulator motor is different than factory one in the door, this has a pigtail connection cord where factory is attached to motor, but I taped it secure to other wire inside door so it didn’t get caught by bottom of widow as it went down, and all was good.
Good thing they added plastic bolt thread protectors because one was hanging out of the box when it arrived, if not for those the threads or bolt would have been damaged and difficult to attach. Easy fix for a window that randomly wouldn’t go up, but always went down.
