Never came across any product this BAD! With the first one, the motor didn’t work at all. Had to uninstall and get an exchange. BTW, excellent Amazon customer service. The motor on the replacement worked, until it suddenly stopped after only 2 weeks. Be warned, you’ll just be wasting your time installing this.
