Perfect fit, slid right in place of the OEM part and worked just as well. Unfortunately for me ( My own fault) I miss diagnosed and it was not the problem, it ended up being the window control switch, which ridiculously ended up being more expensive than this Regulator and motor.

Works as it should and has additional plastic pads to prevent metal on metal. As we all know metal like this will rust. With the metal kn metal contact on OEM, this causes slow and uneven movements.

I just had the time to install the regulator/motor and when I went to put the window down, it only went down 1/2 inch. you have to press the button like 20 times to get the window down all the way. I did not realize this until after I put the door panel back on and I was not going to start over and put the other one back in until I could receive another one from Dorman.
