This part was useless in the end. The cable on my original door went bad. I ordered this part instead of disassembling my old part and fixing the cable. Installed this piece and it flew into pieces requiring manual assembly of these small parts. If I would have know this was going to happen, I would have used the part I already had. Extremely disappointed.

Now looking at the picture I see that it didnt have the slide rack and caused it to fail. Company cust srvc was great and stand behind their product and sent another one out. Will order again.
