4 stars because there were NO instructions in the packaging.
It was easy enough to hold the window up with blue painters tape, once you loosen the nuts on the window / regulator interface.
It was a pain to get the original regulator out of the door so be patient.
This regulator has all of the bolts and nuts required for the job except the two that attach the regulator to the window.
