Passenger side Rear Window – this part is designed better than the original. it’s hard to explain but the piece on the original window motor that broke when someone slammed my door is not part of this design on the Dorman window motor. This new window motor looks like it can take the door slamming without breaking. So far I have it installed for about 4 months and the door has been slammed several times without any issues. I will say the original motor rolled up the window slightly faster than this new motor. As the Driver side Rear window motor is still the original and rolls up slightly faster. It does not bother me though as I have a new car (I bought brand new) that one side of the car rolls up faster than the other.
All in all this is a great replacement part and I would recommend to anyone who would rather save some money instead of waist it buying an OEM part from the Dealer.

Works as expected. However, the motor on this brand new regulator is noisier than the original motor on the other door. To give you a sense of build quality, it feels flimsy and is only about half the weight of the original regulator it replaced.
I don’t mind putting it on a ten year old car but would go for better quality for a newer automobile.

Received the product in just 3 business days by FedEx. 1/4 the price quoted by a major auto repair chain and 1/2 the price quoted by a major auto parts store chain. Product is of high quality and comes lubricated. Fits perfectly for my Camry 2000. Looks and functions as good as the factory fitted ones on my other windows.

Fits the original holes perfectly. Watched YouTube first, took about a hour to remove and install the new one. It is per-greased, pop right in, works great. I used blue tape to hold the glass, it always easier if two work together.

After reviewing a couple of DIY videos from youtube I figured I could take a crack at installing this myself. Fairly easy process which most peple can figure out from videos posted online. Works perfectly.
Note: I had bought a different brand of window regulators from a different company before and had the misfortune of being forced to return it twice. Eventually the one I installed worked but the window would go up instead of down and vice versa! So the Dorman one at least worked right the first time.

The motor is defected. Upon installed, the window only went down. The motor get hot to the touch. Not a happy camper!!!

I bought this power window regulator for my wife’s Toyota Camry 2000. Well built. Strong frame. Actually it feels better than the original part from Totota. But, there is a small problem with this new part. While removing the old part and installing the new one, I noticed that the new part is being built a little bigger than the original. I mean, the axis in the main arm is to bulky and it does not fit inside the door. So, I did remove the old motor and intalled the new motor on the old part. But, there was another problem. The mounting holes in the new motor don’t match up with the old part. I drilled a couples of holes on the old part. That took care of the problem. I did spray white grease over the axis and reinstalled inside the door. Works great. Happy wife, Happy life!

Product came as described. Easy to install and a direct fit replacement. Only thing different than a genuine factory part is that it doesn’t come with the same metals tabs that help you line it up to make install easier. This was not an issue for me at all! All you have to do is line up the four holes that are closer to the motor that make a square/rectangle and the rest is easy!!! Also the motor seems a bit smaller than factory, although this is expected for an aftermarket part. Once installed part does work flawlessly. All major parts come fully greased although you may need some white lithium grease for the wheels that move back and forth when the window goes up and down. The motor does seem to be a bit noisier than factory but feels just as powerful. Let’s hope it keeps working as expected. I also bought this same part for the front driver side and had the same great experience and the part fit perfectly! Great product and highly recommend as a direct OEM replacement.
