I used this for my 2006 Honda Odyssey passenger side window. I watched You Tube videos on how to replace the old one. *Note: before getting started on the arm, check fuses, the switch on the passenger door and master switch on the driver side door, as it could be an electrical issue. Clipping the old lines to take it out was challenging and required a strong grip. Thankfully, a neighbor helped me. Not the easiest DIY project, but I saved a lot of money.

I bought this a number of years ago. It didn’t last long. So I went to my local Honda dealership and bought a genuine Honda replacement. I was surprised at how quickly it failed too. I didn’t get more than 50 uses (lowering and raising the window) out of each one. So now I’m looking to try out another brand and hope for the best. I guess my advice would be to only use your front power windows sparingly knowing you may not be able to lower and raise your front windows more than 50 times without having to replace the motor again.

The price was actually really good . The shipping was also very fast. The item works just fine . It’s just not as quiet as the OEM brand. But I’m happy with my purchase.
Can’t complain to much.

This Dorman window regulator was a perfect replacement for the broken passenger window regulator in my 2006 Odyssey. My regulator was not working so one tip for folks is you need to cut the old regulator cables in order to lower the window and have access to the brackets/bolts that the glass sits in. Otherwise, you will not be able to lower the window and there is no way to get access to the bolts.
One more suggestion is to make sure the window is aligned properly from left to right otherwise the window may drag a little. I mention this since some reviews say the new regulator moves slower than the original. I spent the time to make sure everything was aligned properly and the Dorman functions the same as the original part.
