Connector works good for 2006 Audi A3 tail light. Butt splices supplied were not good. 3 of 4 were the wrong size (blue) and the one that was correct pulled off easily even though I used a proper crimping tool. Luckily I keep a supply so I could make it work, but some people don’t so should be aware of this.

, eso si quería que todo fuere de cobre pero bueno 3 lineas son de aluminio y 1 de cobre, eso si trae herramientas para desarmar el arnés.

  3. Tyrebyter

They couldn’t screw up a connector, could they? I should have known better. The first time I depressed the release tab after installing, it broke off. It’s as though they went out of their way to find the worst materials to use. Then I notice one of the terminals didn’t line up anyway. Total waste of time and money. Dorman got me again.

  4. The E

Was meant to replace taillight plug for my 2006 Audi, surprised it was same style plug for the ignition coil. Comes with tool to remove the old plug if you didn’t want to cut off the old plug and solder and reuse the wires.

The plastic is rather brittle compared to the original plug (broke the tab trying to remove it from test fitting in the socket), but it had a snug fit so I just hope it won’t work itself loose.

Second time I actually purchase this product because the plug had corroded on the other side as well
