Unfortunately, I did not get under the vehicle and look at the model number. If you have a 2016 or early 2017 you will need M0044727 motor. It has a metal gear on the motor that extrudes from it .
The motor sold to me has a plastic case on the inside that a gear would slide into. My truck has a four-bolt pattern and this motor has a two bolt.

2008 gmc duramax, I had my truck scanned for the tccm codes and the codes I had were C0306-05 and C0396-04, ( sensor issue that’s internal of the encoder motor), I changed it out and did the 4×4 reset and my problem was fixed, haven’t had it on long but my 4×4 is back to working as it should now.
