Please note that Amazon’s product description, which is pulled directly from Toyota, is misleading. Why they say “left” valve cover rather than just “driver side” valve cover is beyond me. Why would you refer to the driver side as the left side anyway? I can understand that they mean from the point of view of being inside the car, but when you are referring to engine parts, your frame of reference is usually meant to be from standing in front of the car, right?
Anyway, great quality product and perfect fit, but misleading product description!

This was a perfect fit for my 2001 Toyota 4runner. It came with a gasket and spark plug seals pre-installed. No issues after 1st 1200 miles.
