Perfect fit to replace factory piece
Christian Hernandez –
I have a 2020 Frontier with a stock H5 battery and I wanted to upgrade to a larger 24F battery (Walmart Everstart Maxx). Fits the battery perfectly but I needed to buy longer J hooks from Walmart cause the battery is taller
El Mero Mero –
Looks like the original but without J-hooks it’s useless. Item like this should have them paired together.
A Customer –
Bought this for my 2000 Nissan Frontier fits perfectly. This is just battery hold down bar, no screws or bolts included. I recommend buying a 10 inch J hook bolt kit. With everything it comes out to less than $20 so not bad if your vehicle is missing one.
Christian Hernandez –
Holds the battery.

unlike some flashy but badly designed fancy battery brackets, this one will not put pressure on the battery lids and fits the 24F battery like a glove. (the photo shows an after market part I first attempted to install).
I upgraded the original 2014 Accord battery to a 24F (just needs a plastic platter and a new hold-down bracket like this one).
If you own a 2014 Accord EX, you probably noticed the smallish 500 cca battery that it came with. Honda’s been cutting cost in the most strange places, like battery… The original small battery is barely enough for the 2.4 battery to start up, and will not last. I had to switch them out about once every 3 years.
After again hearing the engine taking a second or more to start in the morning, I knew the battery was about to wear out, and after confirming by checking with a battery scanner, I decided to upgrade to the 24F sized battery, which is what Camry’s with 2.4 engines came with.
All I needed was to get a battery plate (plastic plate) big enough for the new battery, and a hold down bracket that would fit it. Oh, also had to get a long enough “post?” because one of the old ones was not long enough.
This bracket is made with steel, which unlike some aluminum after market ones I first tried, is:
1. stronger
2. correctly designed to avoid pinning the battery lids
3. priced fairly like a regular auto part, not a fancy after market part
