Took me awhile to get it installed due to the cold winter we’ve had. Bought this part because my right rear door mechanism was failing. Door would randomly not unlock with remote. This was not ok in case we needed to get to our kids quickly.
Installation was easy enough. If you are somewhat mechanically inclined with cars, you should be able to do this in less than 40 minutes. Took longer to remove and install the door panel and find the right tools.
Now my drivers door is acting up and I will be ordering from this seller again.

I went to the dealer for a short kick actuator and was quoted $275 and it had a one year warranty. I had $10 in Amazon rewards and added a 4 year warranty so I think I paid $32.00 in total.
The price is a fraction of the cost of the Toyota one and my warranty is 4 years ago it gives me peace of mind.
There are close subtle differences between OEM and this aftermarket one. The big one is higher quality plastics and the OEM seemed slightly heavier. Since it works without issues and everything lines up I do not have any complaints.

Exact fit for my 13’ 4Runner. No issues whatsoever. Same quality as the one I took out. Works great.

Thus part was easy to install but it stopped working just 4 days after installing it. It doesn’t lock. It does the function of locking but right away it opens the lock again. We tried and tried many times and no luck. I wouldn’t recommend it
