I’ve used well-known brand filters on my other vehicles. This was for my Kia Soul 2020 LX quality was very good and easy to install. Though the filter was half the thickness of the OEM paper one. Meaning filtering quality I’m thinking would be somewhat less? All that it came with was a plain box, no information about cleaning it! You’d think they could at least print something about cleaning it on the box at least? I’ve noticed the filter has eliminated my hesitation, highly recommend it!

I recently purchased this Washable Filter for my 2018 Hyundai Elantra, hoping for improved performance and fuel efficiency. Unfortunately, after several months of use, I haven’t noticed any significant differences. The filter seems thinner than the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) paper filter, which made me a bit skeptical.
While the reusability of this filter is appealing, I’m not convinced that it offers the same level of filtration as a high quality disposable filter. I’m still unsure about its quality and overall effectiveness. I hope it’s not causing any harm to my car. The installation process was straightforward, taking only a few minutes and requiring no special tools.
Overall, I found this product to be somewhat overrated. If you’re looking for a noticeable improvement in your car’s performance or fuel economy, I’m not sure this filter is the solution.

The product description is vague regarding fitment on a 2020 Kia Soul GT Line Turbo but, after cross checking both AutoZone and OReilly’s air filter part numbers for a 2020 Soul LX and the 2020 Soul GT Line Turbo, I found the part numbers are the same for both models. Based on that, I took a chance and ordered this air filter and it fits perfectly in my 2020 Kia Soul GT Line Turbo factory air box. I can’t tell if it made any change in the performance but, I prefer a dry, reusable filter over an oiled filter and a paper filter. It’s easiest to install when the entire top of the factory air box is removed. To do that, loosen the clamp on the 3 inch hose and unsnap the 2 clips. It takes a little finesse to get the box top out and in but, it makes the install much easier.
