Correct OEM part with shield. Make sure your O2 sensor tool is 2″ deep as the shorter 1 1/4 inch is too short for the shield.

I have 2010 Lexus IS 250 AWD and It was showing P0037 code for oxygen sensor
Same Denso 234-4521 Oxygen Sensor was available at local store for around $95.00
Order it through Amazon on Sunday; arrive on today, Wednesday afternoon.
Just installed it and now the code is gone

Best price around. Installed in my 2007 Is350. Downstream so second sensor down. “Sensor 2”. You’ll need a special o2 removal tool.

I use this sensor in a 2009 Lexus IS250, it has a P0037 code, bank 1 sensor 2 problem. Replaced this sensor, reset the code and fixed the problem.
