One of two units. Both are still working ok.

I replaced both sensors (Air/fuel and Oxygen) at the same time. The main reason is that my emissions cycle would not complete. No error codes but the emissions read “Catalyst not complete” and could not pass smog inspection.
These were an exact fit for my 2006 Honda CR-v. The plug colors didn’t match up but the pins and connectors did.
The 2 sensors use different connectors so there’s no way to mix them up.
I also purchased a “Oxygen Sensor Socket with Side Wire Cutout”, also found on Amazon, which made the removal of the old one and install of the new ones very easy.
When installing, be sure to use the included “Denso grease”. You just need to coat the threads a little and make sure you don’t get this on the sensor itself. As you screw in the sensor, the grease will spread itself over the threads. Also, don’t touch the end of the sensor – skin oil can mess it up.
Finally, when tightening it down, it only needs about 20 lbs of pressure. As most of us don’t own a torque wrench…just make it snug.
I just installed this today so I’ll update this review if/when needed.

Looks like genuine Denso came with anti seize, great price! Went in a 06 CRV

This oxygen sensor arrives in excellent condition in box with description sheet, a brand new as expected. Fits well to my Honda CRV. The engine light auto-off after a couple of days and the engine runs great now.

The genuine article in the box, assembled in america. Ready to go, easy to install. Connectors fit perfectly (they each have an opposite end so you can’t plug in the 2 sensors in the wrong plugs). Functioning perfectly. Comes with threads pre-treated with anti seize compound plus a small tube of extra compound. Do not use more than the smallest amount if you add from the tube. There is enough there to do probably 20 times. Also, do not get any of the compound on the sensor itself. Only on the threads. There are cheaper units, but this is very high quality and should last a very long time.

I used a non denso o2 sensor that did not work. this denso did work on my 2005 honda crv.

Was on a road trip in Utah using 84 octane gas and my check engine light went off. Went to auto zone and they have a pretty cool code reader system that gives you a great comprehensive summary of the code. I usually carry a code reader on road trips but auto zone was a convenient way to understand if I can keep driving back to Oregon. Got home and ordered this part, along with the other Denso 234-9064 Air Fuel Ratio Sensor sensor as well. Super easy to change out (didn’t buy the special cutaway socket tool). Engine light went out after about 10 miles!
