- Delphi uses winding process techniques to control the length of wire between adjacent windings. That’s important because more length results in greater voltage differences, which in turn create more pressure that could break down the insulation and wire coating.
- Delphi’s ignition coils are engineered to Original Equipment specifications
- Delphi’s ignition coils are designed with proven materials, such as high quality wires and wire coating that resists the cracks, pin holes and imperfections that most often lead to failure issues
- Epoxy vacuum techniques reduce air bubbles in the epoxy, because having fewer air bubbles increases the epoxy’s insulation quality and reduces the chances of energy punch-through failures
- Delphi’s coils are designed and endurance tested to resist the common stresses that cause failure

I bought this Delphi ignition coil because I truly trust this brand. The price is in between the dealer’s price and the price of cheaper Chinese knock off. And I know that even quality parts can fail, Delphi hasn’t let me down yet. I strongly recommend it.

Hey. I didn’t have the money to buy an expensive set.. I bought these.. and they lasted for about 6 months..
During that time they worked great..
So if your in a pinch and don’t have the funds.. these will get you over the hump..
This product is a good short term solution..

Works great on honda s2000 AP1.

Better than OEM, plus an increase of about 2-3 miles a gallon of gas.

I have a 2003. I changed the plugs to NKG spark plugs. The laser cut plugs iridium. Definitely how to recommend?. Then I decided to buy these. I was going to buy the NKG but I just can’t stomach the cost so I bought these. I don’t know if they make a difference. I just do things for pre-meditative maintenance. I don’t think the plugs need to be fixed and I don’t think these need to be really replaced but I just did it. They seem to work good. My element is basically a new car with all the pre-meted maintenance I have done over the past couple years. Everything’s new but these are definitely very nice. Good quality and they seem to work perfect for a fraction of the cost. Just get high quality plugs

Just installed one on my ’04 Acura TSX after diagnosing bad ignition coil and it solved the problem! I ordered this one along with an off-brand cheapie to keep in trunk in case another one goes bad and also to have as a tester. What I can tell you is the quality of this one is much better than the cheapie at only $11 more so I do recommend delphi over cheap no name brands. I could’ve gotten a denso for $50+ but the $20 savings seems worth it for delphi seems like a quality part.

Changed all my coil on my acura tsx. Had it for one year and still going strong.

One of the original ignition coils on our car failed after 17 years. That was pretty good durability for the original part! Hopefully this replacement from Delphi will do so, but I suspect something else will probably take this car out of service before another 17 years.
Fit and function are perfect so far. Although on one of my original coils failed, I replaced all four as a precautionary maintenance measure.

Replaced on the rdx, not too hard of a job. Youtube has a good tutorial. 3rd cylinder is 3rd from passenger side on K engines.
