I had a misfire on cylinder six and eight on my 2010 dodge ram 1500. Replace spark plugs and coils and misfire is gone. Decided to go with the name brand as I have had bad luck with no-name ignition coils in the past (Some not lasting more than six months).

Did not last more than a month and started to misfire due to corrosion buildup inside of that socket of the unit itself. I went and bought a well-known brand from a local parts dealer and works excellent

I had a check engine light for misfire and the jeep was still under warranty but mechanics said they couldn’t replicate the problem. It was just easier to deal with myself, change out the coil pack and be done with it. Check engine light disables remote start so it was really annoying and totally worth replacing coil for such a good price.

Replaced Granetelli aftermarket coil packs with OEM quantity Delphi coils. Improvement in idle quality is noted after replacing all 8 coil packs
