Llegaron en su caja, la cual contiene la información del producto, esta bien identificado. Pero no me gusto como venían empacadas por dentro, venían en una pequeña bolsa de plástico burbuja. Desde mi punta vista debería venir en una bolsa sellada, de esta forma, entre comillas, se podría asegurar que el producto NO es usado. No la utilice, no puedo dar mi opinión acerca del funcionamiento, pero se ve de buena calidad en cuanto a materiales.
