Once I had all the other components out of the way I removed the old coil packs, rotated the magnet to the coil mount, put a business card between the magnet and the coil pack and completed the mounting of the first coil pack. Repeat for the second coil pack. Replaced all of the other components and had the engine running smoothly. Total time beginning to end was about 30 minutes on a KAWASAKI Motor for a John Deere X300 series lawn tractor.

My local dealer wanted $99 per coil and I got both for only $70. Slapped them on and they work has good the expensive ones.

Coils are weak, gapped correctly, they do not have a hot spark, disappointing…..
