This bushing fit perfectly on 2013 Yukon SLT. You only need a pair of pliers. I also added an additional washer next to the clip to increase the blocking power against the cable.

Ordered the part and had to do a little modification to the where it set in. Started with a smaller drill bit and worked up to a â…œ drill bit thru the original linkage so the sleeve would fit right in. Eclip snapped right on and pushed the linkage together till you feel it snap in and works like a charm. Shifts nicely. This was on a 2005 Chevy Suburban 1500 4×4. Hope this fulfilled anyone’s curiosity.

I put my vehicle specs in to confirm it would work and it didn’t. And due to my urgency and already waiting for this part I was forced to purchase a whole new cabel.

This works exactly as intended. The only thing you may have to do is drill out what’s left of the bushing out of the shift cable on the transmission. Otherwise this thing works exactly as intended. Wait until the bushing is installed into the cable to install it onto the transmission.

I’m not going to rate this product.
I have a have a 2008 Mercury Mariner Premier with a door date of 04/07. This bushing is too small on the “iD”, a proper length for the stud but the e-clip won’t grab the stud because it’s too big.
Other than that, all I can say is I bought the wrong part based on a YouTube video.
I’ll send the vendor an email and work this out.
