Nice alternator replacement, just doesn’t have as high of amperage as my stock alternator did. On cold mornings it sometimes takes a little longer getting my truck (1998 3500 6.5L Chevy turbo diesel) to fully turnover. Otherwise a great buy and well made product!

Works good. Charging better than the old one ever did. Time will tell if it last as long though. —–well at about a year and half. it started making loud whining noise, enough to hear inside cab ,now my wife hears me pull up in the drive way from inside the house . will have to replace again.

Worked perfectly in my Chevy truck. Normally I don’t write reviews, but this alternator cost me half the cost of the one I replaced 12 years ago, and half the cost of what Rock Auto wanted with the imposition of a core charge and return costs.
