Worked for about 1 year, then broke. The spring that pulls the shaft down, disengaging the starter from the fly wheel Broke. My starter got stuck with the starter gears above the flywheel (not good at all!!). Making a terrible noise. I was able to maneuver the gears back below the flywheel, but the starter is toast and needs to be replaced.
