Product didn’t work doesn’t let vehicle to shift stayed on first causing car to high rev on highway no matter how you try to adjust and the clip broke instantly I’ve been trying to get refund but they said they did not receive product back bad experience all around

My 98 wrangler wouldn’t shift properly. It would rev up to 5000 rpm before shifting, randomly downshift or not shift at all. Turns out my throttle cable was kinked and frayed. This cable solved tube issue and I have had no issues. My jeep is shifting on time as it should.

Tried to use the warranty portion to get a replacement since the plastic end chipped (the end that clips on the throttle body) and barely holds on. I got told I have to send that cable in before I get a replacement! Soo I’m just supposed to drive w/o a kickdown Cable for a week until I get a new one?? Yeah ok. Waste of time and money… thanks for nothing.
Update 2-11-19
Terrible and very cheap product. I was happy at first but now this is my second one that broke. The end that holds on to the throttle body chipped off. Stay away from this products not worth the time or money. Just get the product from the dealership

Update: November 14th 2018; I have now made 2 attempts to contact the seller and have gotten no response and as it now seems I may have to buy a whole new cable just to get the plastic clip… the cable itself is good but the seller not so much
UPDATE 11-19-18
Finally got a response after making a second attempt. I ended up having to spend 43$ more to get a brand new one came quickly though. I ordered it on the previous Wednesday and got it Saturday evening. Works like a dream now

Cable fit perfectly, but the end that connects to the transmission does not feel like it grips like the OEM one. It has not been an issue so far but it is something that makes me weary. I thought my transmission was going bad but all it took was this cable and good as new!!
