There is a color mixing guide with the colors labeled but the tubes aren’t labeled…at all.

I can’t speak for other colors but this kit worked perfectly for my white leather sofa. There was a wide range of whites and off-whites to choose from in the kit. I did the entire couch with only one of the tubes and had some left over and I had A LOT of scratches to cover. The tiny openings in the tubes work great because you can squeeze the tiny amount you need for each scratch, without exposing the rest of the STUFF (is this paint?) to air so you don’t have to worry about drying it out. I used a tiny brush but found you don’t have to be super precise, just take an old credit card after laying down the STUFF and swipe it over the scratch horizontally. That cleans off the extra without removing the STUFF in the recess of the scratch. Hopefully the fix will last, I’ll update this review if it doesn’t. (The after photo shows how good the cushion looks with only one coat. There were a few deep scratches that I have yet to put a second coat on.)

I have doubts that I could use this and do it correctly, but I’m pleased to say it doesn’t look half bad. I’m working with a 17yo cream-colored leather sectional that has had years of wear, no holes or long tears or pet damage, just years of use, mostly by people with jeans that would impart extra dye on the light-colored leather. Though tedious to apply and work in over large areas, it worked. The color match is not perfect and may look flawed in full sun, but it seems good enough for me. Time will tell if the repair will last, but it does look much better. My only concern is that it’s not much product, and I could achieve a close enough match with only a couple of the tubes. The rest is of no use to me, and I will likely toss it. I’ve already ordered more, because I have more work to do.

This product provided a nice selection of colors to use alone or mix to achieve the desired leather dye match. Fortunately, one worked perfectly for my leather club chair that has wear on one arm that I wanted to spruce up. Follow the enclosed directions, and you will easily achieve your desired results. I am going to use this system again, as the same place on my chair, because it still shows a bit too much wear for my liking.

Used this to repair the slices in the backseat of my Lexus RX 350. It saved me hundreds of dollars.
The results are excellent. You must search very hard in bright light to find any of the scratches.
The samafes areas were single and double-line scratches caused by dog claws. The lines were both straight and curved. From less than than an inch long to more than four inches long. Most were 1/6 wide or less. One was closer to a quarter of an inch due to how long it had been there. None were exposing the inner seat material. The seat’s backing fabric was still attached to all points of the scratches.
Read the instructions and follow the advice. I used a lower part on the front of the seat that you cannot see during normal use. It took a few color mixing attempts to get it just right. As long as you clean it off immediately, there is nearly no trace of the mismatch.

I never write reviews, but this repair kit completely exceeded my expectations! I was fully prepared to get rid of my couch because the scratches and tears in the vinyl leather were so bad, I didn’t think there was anyway to save it. I was even turned down from upholstery stores. But I bought this kit as a last ditch effort and am so so glad I did. It’s not 100% perfect, but from where I started, I didn’t think getting to this point was even possible. At the very least, I now have the couch repaired enough that I could paint over it. Color matching gets a little tedious, but you can get pretty good results if you blend into the original color as much as possible. Before and after photos attached.

The problem with color matching is just your last problem . Yes , there is no a code that help you to dose mixing gradients in order to get what you need. So impossible to match what you need. Consider also color change as soon it dries so…
But the first problem, it doesn’t fix anything. It just destroy itself with the first pressure. Not an elastic material as it should be. Doesn’t last

I bought this a month or so ago for some cat scratches on my leather couch.
Was pessimistic that it would actually do the job or mixing of the colors to get a good match.
Today was the day, the color straight out of the tube was a perfect match and the leather laid down flat after the application.
I did blend/rub on perimeter to make sure it was a perfect to the color of the leather.
Didn’t just let it sit there as spots.
I am the worst critic, but I can’t even see where I applied it.
