I originally purchased the 4070685 size, as it was shown by Amazon to fit my car. However it was too long, and obviously so when compared to my old belt. I later found out that both the 4070685 and this 4070675 are listed as fitting my RSX, so I tried this one. After I put it on, my tensioner showed it was right at the too-tight limit, but after a month of driving it is now right in the middle. Amazon took the other belt back for a full refund, which was cool.
In summary, it fixed my belt squealing at startup and during rainy weather and was pretty cheap to boot.
