Initially there was a minor quality control issue when I received the part but the seller responded promptly and rectified the problem. I installed these on my 2011 Ford Edge Sport. The process was fairly simple. So far the quality seems excellent. My ride is quiet and smooth. I’m a very satisfied customer.

Couldn’t beat the price. Shipping arrived 4 days earlier than the stated Amazon expected delivery date. Installation was an easy straight across swap, no surprises. In some ways they actually seem to a little more stoutly built than the factory ones. And fixed the “steering clonk” noise for the OEM ones. Haven’t driven on them alot yet but it feels good so far. I opted to reuse the OEM top nuts because they have deeper threads and a wider washer than the ones supplied.

I saw the other reviews that said these were noisy, but did not take heed like I should have. If you are just buying these to replace a farm truck and it doesn’t matter if it rides and sounds like you were thrown on a bucking bull, then these might be for you. However, if you want these to actually be functional for everyday driving, I HIGHLY suggest you looking at a different brand. I put these in a 2014 Lincoln MKX. They fit perfect and went in super easy. They made the front of my car a little taller than normal, but I wasn’t too concerned. The issue came less than a week after installing them. They started making slight noises when I would hit a bump or drive on anything unlevel. I double checked to make sure I didn’t miss anything upon installation and even verified at a dealer that it is the part making the noise and not incorrect installation. The noises are now very noticeable and the ride is not getting any smoother the more I drive it. I should have listened to the reviews and just paid the extra money for OEM.
