Easy to replace could have got it locally but have paid $$$$$$$$$$$$$ i saved lots of cash by getting it from amazon even though I had to wait it gave more opportunities to go through the mower deck and weld up cracks

The first one I ordered I didn’t check the manual #s. Put it on and it broke apart(my fault).

The tension was apparently to tight for the upper connection to the engagement arm and the plastic piece broken after 3 times! Going to order another with the hopes it doesn’t break within 10 mins of use! Fingers crossed.

Worked about 6 times. Then the plastic attachment at the top broke and the lever just pulled the sheath through the hole. Crappy design. (Both the OEM but especially this aftermarket part). The top needs to have a strurdy metal cap installed before it is all crimped together. No way to add anything useful after.

This cable seemed as well made as the one it replaced and a good price compared to name brand.

The item works just like the one that broke on my mower. Less expensive than OEM and installed without a problem.
