I installed these in my 99 Prelude. They fit perfectly. I have yet to get them fully adjusted but so far I have no complaints. I set them to the same setting as my old shocks but my car sits 1 1/2 inches higher than stock but that’s because my old shocks were too old. This being the case, the car still handles exceptionally well and can’t wait until I get it lowered back down.
I was a little concerned I had to drill holes because these shocks had extra bolts on the top but I later found that there is space for these bolts, they were just hidden behind small stickers.

Put these on my 99 base prelude. As another reviewer stated, if you set them up at the length of the originals, your car will be around an inch and a half higher than stock. I drove for a week to let them settle in then adjusted the ride height back to stock and an very happy with the ride now.
25.5 in in front and 26.5 in in the rear measuring from the ground through the middle of the center cap to the tip of the fender in a line perpendicular to the ground is how to measure the ride height.
The spanner wrenches aren’t the greatest, and you’ll need nuts for the rear if you’re replacing stock, as the stock rears have a captive nut welded into the fork, but I can’t dock a star for those two things.
