Top part is just thread on, so once you screw it on, you need to unscrew by grabbing the thread, which is useless

These are quality but are not 3/8 but are slightly larger,do not fit my battery side post as i had thought

I used these as remote terminals in my boat and connected the back side to my battery bank( drilled the two holes through the wall and tightened both into position through the wall ) and then attach, when needed, extra devices that need power. I attach a ac/dc converter for 110v items on my boat( specifically a 3 battery drone charger). Works perfect.

These are definitely heavy duty. I have a 12000 watt generator in case of power outage. And decided to replace junk Chinese battery it came with. So got a Duracell garden tractor battery for it. Want to keep it on battery tender but no receptical outlet near generator. So purchased a battery box on amazon and installed these on battery for easy fast hook up when lights go out. Now can hook & unhook battery cables in a few seconds when needed. And can now keep it on my work bench on tender till needed.

They are too long to use in the side post location for my batteries in the car that I intended to use them. The quality is good and I’m sure I’ll find another use for them.
