Contrary to what amazon identified in the description and in the suggested parts (“this part does not fit your….”), this sensor (part number 56029049AA) is the correct and only Oxygen sensor for the 3.7 Jeep Commander. It requires 4 total and they are all the same part number.

Sometimes OEM is a must, like on oxygen sensors on my jeep. The off brands failed and I needed to get the jeep smogged. I should have bought these OEM’s from the start. Installed and all codes cleared and my I/M status got all green checkmarks.

I tried others that just made my car run worse and then I read online that you should only use OEM sensor.
I know it cost more to use OEM part.
But saves you money in the end cause you’ll you won’t have to repeatedly by aftermarket parts over and over again.
