Loos great until the next wash. I used this product on my tires and it looked so good on them that I thought I’d read the product details and see if it would help.restore my valances, steps, flares, etc. Sure enough, it says on the bottle that it works on those things. I applied it and was pleased at the initial results, but after one week the vehicle needed another wash and all the plastic parts that were cleaned and then treated with this product were splotchy and got dry spots again. I expected a Chemical Bros product to last much longer. Overall, I’m a big meh on this one.

I thought this product worked well on my tires and lower trims (lower door trim and front and rear bumpers). I applied it about 3 weeks ago to my honda crv and there is still some shine to my tires and my lower trims looks great. My only complaint is that I also applied this product to the trim near my door windows and the next day, it looked as if my trim was somewhat faded when I saw my car in the daylight. There was also residue left behind, which I found odd because I buffed the product with a clean/dry towel and because I left my car in my garage for over 12 hours before exposing it to the elements. I will likely need to use a trim restore product to fix the fading issue, because the trim near my windows turned from like a black matte finish to a brown color. To be fair, the window trim is a different kind of plastic trim than the lower trim. I did not have any fading issues with my lower trims. My advice is to test the product on a small area that gets a lot of sunlight, before proceeding with larger trim areas. I will keep using the product, but not on my window trims.

This is one of the better products on the market for tires. I have found that the best way to install this item is to spray it on a foam applicator and wipe down your wheels so that you do not get overspray. It is easy to use and I feel that it offers good protection and will last a little bit after it rains.
