Price and better quality then you corner auto parts store brand., i like the crimp clamps … Alot better then screw clamps , pump itself and housing is constructed very well

This pump fit in a1967 Ranchero original tank that I installed a fuel injection on.Also was able to install the fuel sending unit on it.

This part was a poor implementation of a bad OEM design. The mounting flange tabs were oversized, making it impossible to install w/o filing a bit. Same for the flange itself. The design, like the OEM part has an “S” shaped hose that fails and in this case, an extreme bend in it. Likely last a couple of years, maybe. Simple changes could have vastly improved this part but nobody bothered. Other aftermarket designs are better.
