Replaced old one fits and works fine.
Made in China so who knows how long it will last.
Well it failed shortly after it was installed.

This pump claims to work on 1949 Chevy fleet line but while it bolts in properly it will not pump

I intended to use this pump on a 48 Chevrolet 216. The little fitment helper that jumps up at the top of my screen says this one will work, NOT. The actuator arm length and angle is incorrect for a 216. Maybe it will on a 235? For 35 bucks I’ll throw it on the shelf then try it on another project, if I remember I have it when the time comes.

This pump will not work on a 1949 216. The arm is not right and it will not pump fuel.
