These things are easy to install and it solved my engine light issues.

The problems I have faced are rough idle, hesitation when pressing gas pedal, fluctuating rpm and speedometer, unburned gas on exhaust, engine misfire etc. I bought this cardone sensor which haven’t fixed any of those issues. Bought fords motorcraft MAF sensor and the car is running great now. If any Ford Taurus 2007 owners have the same issues as mine it is better to buy original ford sensor.
If you install new sensor you might have to clear the computer memory. It ran really bad for the first 15 minutes with idle issues, misfire and plenty of other issues too. But after 15 minutes the rpm stabilized and the car is running great now. Hope this helps someone.
I don’t wanna give one star since this product might work well in other cars.

Absolutely AWESOME! Exact fit for my 2011 Ford Fiesta! I had a code calling for a mismatch between MAF and TBI and the TBI was just too painful to play with. I pulled the old one and blew on it, and checked the connector, but the car started to act silly: surges and seemingly rough idle. I replaced it with this one and it appears to have done the trick. Took less than 5 minutes. Just have the engine off, and remove the connector, undo the 2 start screws, and swap. Cool thing was price was excellent, it was identical to the part Ford wanted me to pay 235.00 for, and then add a 30.00 core charge on top. This item looked identical in all respects and seems to work. I strongly recommend a code reader and replacing this when called out.

Good thing I saved the factory original MAF sensor for my car. Had this cardone garbage on my car for 8 months and it has caused the car to idle rough and stall. Put factory one back in and it purs like a kitten. Do yourself a favor and just get a motorcraft one. This seller doesn’t even provide warranty info past 30 days so your SOL.
