My opinion about this product –
My original mass flow finally DOA after22 year of no issues no complaints here. I purchased this Cardone reman saved money the only used part was the housing which was spotless they install a Brand new sensor why pay all that extra money
Installed it no issues hooked up my scanner cleared the side started engine and ran smoothly my baby was agai purring checked the vales and again all within OEM ranges
Very happy with my choice in purchasing this MAF I RECOMMEND THIS
I HOPE I GET 22 years of life out of this

I just received the sensor today in the mail (thanks to Prime) and installed it on my car. After testing it with my EFI Live scantool software, I can confirm the new sensor is working perfectly (like new). My old sensor was definitely bad. This sensor fit my 2002 Pontiac Firebird, but should fit most years and models of LS1’s until they went with the 4 wire MAF that integrated the temp sensor into the MAF. Only complaint was that the packing from Cardone was crappy. They just threw the sensor in a box (it was larger than the sensor so it rattled around). This is a very delicate sensor, it can’t get bumped too hard or it may break the tiny sensor wires inside it. My feedback to Cardone is to pack this in foam or something similar so the sensor is cushioned and protected. Otherwise, the sensor works great.
