This pump worked very well for me. Having installed lots pumps over the years, I follow a specific procedure
each time, and never have a failure. Make certain you bleed the system with the wheels off the ground, and the engine off. Re check your fluid immediately upon starting the engine. If the pump makes noise, stop the engine, and re bleed
the system. check your fittings for air/ fluid leaks. A professional install means everything with p/s pumps. Cheers!
3/4/19 Update— The rebate website is completely non-functional. No way to reach them for your rebate. ended up paying too much without the rebate. Cardone just lost another customer!

Re-built unit cost me $200.00 to have it installed, no leaks but makes a whining noise. If I had this unit replaced by Cardone it would cost me another $200.00. Not gone to happen.
