This is our first foam gun and really didn’t know what to expect and this exceeded our expectations. We used this not only for our cars but for basically anything that needed a whole lot of cleaning. This came with a quick connect feature which we thought was a great feature, it allowed us to easily connect and disconnect between foaming and rinsing. It sprays evenly but it also kinda goes through our soaps rather quickly which is fine because it meant everything was evenly covered for cleaning. It’s not a hassle while using, so much so that our teens just take over because it was fun for them. This is definitely a must have because it saves so much time and it’s fun!

Let me first start by saying, I’m not someone who washes his car regularly but my wife is. Rather than having her hit the car wash every month I thought maybe I’d do it for her and save the money each month. I tried it one time with a hose and 2 buckets and decided that wasn’t for me. Went researching to see if there was an easier way than how I remembered doing it as a kid.
Voila… several videos of people talking about car wash guns like this one which cost way more. Again, being frugal I went looking for a cheaper option that’d work with a regular hose (not require a pressure washer) and I found this.
Super easy to use. Filled the container about a third of the way, wet down her car on setting 0. Set it to A to add the car wash detergent into the mix and I got a fairly sudsy mix to spray on her car. Let it set for about a minute, set it back to the 0 setting for just water. Then section by section I went with a micro fiber cloth scrubbing panel by panel rinsing after I had scrubbed each panel.
Much less bending over as I didn’t have to reach into buckets. The gun is light enough that I kept it in one hand while I scrubbed with the other. One final overall rinse and I was done. I was so happy with the results I did the same thing for my own car, but I had significantly more scrubbing to do 🙂
All in, both cars, I spent less than 30 minutes washing them and still had quite a bit left in the container (remember I started with it 1/3 full). This will safe me money and time in the long haul.

I bought this to, hopefully, replace my foam cannon that requires the pressure washer. It’s just a paint to drag it out, hook it and wind everything back up when you’re done. Just takes a lot of time and effort and pain with my arthritis.
Anyway, I mixed the soap just as I do with my pressure washer foam cannon (2 oz. soap, 30 oz. water). While it did create bubbles and some foam, it wasn’t enough to coat the car and quickly ran off of the hood, roof, trunk and sides.
It has a dial on the side that goes from A to G and another for rinsing (bypasses the soap). The blaster settings from A to G didn’t seem to have any affect on the foam or spray intensity. The O setting for rinsing took more effort than if I just used the hose and my thumb. The spray was not powerful enough and the volume wasn’t enough to rinse the vehicle very well.
It is a great way to get soap ONTO your car but it won’t be foam, just soap. So, you’ll need someone to sponge it really quickly before the soap runs onto the ground.
I can double the soap or triple the soap and maybe get better results but I am comparing it to my pressure washer foam cannon and this one just doesn’t compare. So, I will not be replacing my pressure washer foam cannon with this one.

This is my first experience with one of these foam guns, so I don’t have much to compare it to other than hand washing a car with two buckets. I’ve only tried it once so far, but off that bat I am really happy with it. It comes slightly disassembled but putting the few pieces together only takes a couple of minutes. I would suggest using less soap than you may think as even with the heaviest foam setting, a bit goes a long way. The tool did produce a good amount of foam. It’s not a complete coating, but it is as shown in the advertised pictures. I washed my truck by starting with the foam gun, rinsing with normal water, and then drying with a microfiber cloth. If I was trying to do a deep wash, I would be using a cleaning mitt along side of the foam but I was really just looking to wash sand and salt off of the truck. I was really impressed how it came out. Even with that minimal amount of effort, the truck had a real nice shine to it. Much easier than washing with separate buckets and took less time too.

I received this and still don’t know how use it. It looks simple but I will have my son use it when he washes my car. Overall nice set. Really all you need is to hook up a water house to the container and you good to go but somehow I seem lost lol.

Relatively easy to use, though the instructions leave out some pertinent details like you have to pull back the thing on the nozzle to attach it to the bottle. And there are a couple of pieces that don’t make much sense and aren’t explained. I think one can be attached to direct the spray differently but the product worked just fine without it. It sprayed foam evenly over my car and a little product went a long way.

Do NOT expect to get a foam cannon result without an actual pressure washer… that said, we’ve had much better standard garden hose versions of this that produced a much better “foam” than this does. This is one step above dumping a sudsy bucket of water onto the car… and thats about all it does and how effective it is. If you happen to have one of those Miracle-Gro hose applicators laying around the garage, you can use that and get identical results. Just saying.
