I purchased this item for washing our camper. After first use, the end of the pole that screws into the brush broke off. I reached out to the company and they immediately responded. After sending pictures of the broken pole, they sent a new pole and brush within a short period of time. Hopefully this will not happen again, but the company stands behind their product!!

This is a very sturdy product. The pole is of good weight. The one thing I personally have a problem with is when I lock the pole length,I push rally hard on it and it slides down. I’m just very aggressive. I like all the attachments as well. So far only used the brush to clean my Camper roof.

YES the pole is the star of the show, it is super sturdy, very easy to adjust, well made and stays adjusted until you are done using it. The attachments are of good quality and if you purchased everything seperately you would end up spending way more than buying the kit. It also comes with a 3 year warranty. The best thing of all though is the customer service. I know because when I received my car wash kit everything was packaged well but the brush had become misshaped for some reason so here we go having to deal with “customer service”. I was expecting to wait at least until the weekend was over at best (it was a Saturday) to get a reply but about 20 minutes later I noticed I had a reply in my email. When I look at it the reply came 3 minutes after I sent my message to them and my reply was from a real live person. Kate responded to me and the first thing she said was she was sorry about me receiving my brush in this condition and after sending a couple of pictures and a little bit of information to her she had a replacement on the way. The last thing I have to say is if you need something like this or any of their other products just buy it, you can’t can’t go wrong, they are one of a handfull of companys today that actually care about their customers being satisfied with their purchase. Love, love, love this. Our RV is about 12′ 6″ ground to roof. Even extended this handle is solid. It’s quick and easy to adjust so makes it easy to use at the top of the RV or the bottom. Definitely recommend.

We purchased this set to cleaner our 38’ 5th wheel trailer and my husband’s work truck. When we received it we tried it on our RV and had trouble with the brush, it would spin and not stay tight. The extension handle works great, sturdy, great reach! I contacted the company regarding the brush situation. First I have to say I couldn’t believe the quick response I received! Second they sent a replacement brush (no shipping cost) in just a mater of days. The new brush stays nice and tight works perfect. Wonderful company wonderful product I highly recommend!!
