I purchased this for my Highlander. I have mixed feeling on this item. It comes with little to no instructions. You have to watch the video on the ad to learn how to install it. It comes with a small tool to use as a lever to pop off part of the dash so you can install the car holder. But once it is installed, it is in the perfect place. I love this holder for my phone. It is in the perfect spot, just to the right of my sight line for the road. I have an iPhone XR and have to use a skinny case to make it fit. I am waiting for the cheap pieces of plastic to break on the holder. They seem so flimsy. If that does happen, I will buy another one of these. I like it that much.

Complete garbage, when mounting the inside clips snapped. Could not hold the weight of iPhone pro max.

It is shaped like the area it is supposed to fit in, and I love the way it looks in the space, but the little clips on the side do not go into the dash to help hold it like it is supposed to. I did verify I ordered the correct size. The bottom adhesive did attach, but the top one did not. The “gravity” force to hold the phone is not sufficient to close the clamp around the phone all the way, I usually have to give it a push to close. This is a great idea for a product and haven’t seen it anywhere else. I can use it, but I am afraid in time it will fail.

This item keeps falling off and that is not good while driving. It will be returned to Amazon soon. Unfortunately I can’t go to UPS to return package. My husband will be sending it back soon. It is nice though. Thank you 🙏.,

Super flimsy, glue doesn’t hold it in place, melted onto my dashboard. I constantly have tighten the back so my phone doesnt fall forward, lately i just push it backward so gravity doesnt keep pulling it forward and right off my dashboard. I’d love to return it but I couldn’t find another cellphone holder that fits my vehicle. Toyota really didn’t think of this issue or they just want you to use the Bluetooth functions but I like having access to my phone. This holder just doesn’t hold up. So hopeful, disappointing to say the least, especially at this price.

No need to look any further. This is the item if you want it to be able to hold your phone and not block your air vent. This is it, it even fits my iPhone 15 Pro max with an OtterBox case no problem!

Perfect fit for the dash and a great location, but the adhesives won’t hold on for crap. I bought a 3M adhesive pack and stuck it on all edges, and now it’s on there like glue.
Some bulkier phone cases won’t fit perfectly into the holder, but it’s still severely on there. We got it because it molded perfectly to the dash, so we don’t care that much.
