I have a 2014 Jaguar F Type, which has well-known problems with paint. It’s garage kept 90%+ of the time, but the TX sun still causes a lot of swirl marks and imperfections in the 8-year old finish (Pic 1). I’ve tried several compounds that claim to be miracle cures for those imperfections but have been disappointed in all the ones I’ve tried – until using Car Gods Pure Compound Colour and Clarity Restorer! I applied it with an orbital polisher (directions on the bottle don’t say you should or should not use one, so I assumed it was okay) to save me the effort. I left it for a few minutes to frost over (Pic 2), then used a microfiber towel to wipe it off by hand. It worked REALLY well and restored the mirror finish it had on it when I bought it (Pic 3). It took about 10 minutes total to do my trunk (including final step of applying Car Gods Paint Sealant), so I estimate it’ll take me about 2 hours to do the whole car – well worth the time and effort! Very impressed and happy to recommend this product.

The Best product I’ve used in years. Properly cleaned car, is the secret. We washed, clayed and some polish on the car. The application is very user friendly and results are far beyond what we expected……Great price for the bottle. Can easily do 4 cars. We stacked it, and the results are outstanding…

So:
– this product has a very large sediment that stuck to the walls of the bottle. Even with very strong prolonged shaking, when the whole product foams and stops shaking in the bottle, this sediment remains on the walls. When the foam disappears, floating flakes of something in the liquid can be observed;
– when applied, the product looks like oily water on the surface. In principle, this is understandable, it is simply a fact of observation. By rubbing the product, I have a strong belief that I do not process the car, but remove the water remaining after drying;
– the agent leaves traces on the car, and in order to remove them, you need to make an effort.
Well and now the most important thing I did not see any effect. After driving the car after washing for about 10 hours, I found my car quite dusty, I went to Los Angeles, and I can not say that I had to make less effort when washing than before treatment with this product.
The only thing I want to note as a positive point is that the glasses are really easier to clean. Glasses became “slippery” in sensations. But this does not apply to the body of the car.
In conclusion, I want to say: I do not see the effect of using this tool. I do not like the traces left when rubbing this remedy. The expense is very high. One processing of Toyota Sienna takes at least 1/5 of the bottle. The atomizer and pump work very poorly. The atomizer hook seems to stick on the reverse stroke.

After washing my car I used Car Gods Holy Water on the hood of my car. Having a light silver metalic car, it is difficult, at least for me, to see major differences in washing, waxing, and detailing from a visual perspective. However when it comes to care care you can feel the difference from a basic wash, wax, and even extreme detailing like clay barring a car. This is what I noticed with Holy Water, you get that smooth feel.
First, it is the simplest product I have ever used. The directions say 3 sprays per panel. On my small car, I sprayed probably 4 to 5 on my hood to start. Wiped off with a lint free cloth and that was basically it. It did not feel as smooth as a full coat of wax but it was 10x faster. I can see this being the perfect complement to a car that was waxed or clay barred or both the previous week or so. This would extend hydrophobic properties and keep water beading up and running off.
Overall I could not see a huge difference like I would if I had a black or red car but I could feel it. It was simple to apply, and quick. A whole car could be done in far less time than a full wax job. Is it as good as a wax job? My opinion is that it should compliment it. Wax your car, then for the next couple months use Holy water to keep up the smooth shine.

Now I’m not new to detailing products, especially compounds. I have used two different of my go-to compounds on my old ’99 Ford Ranger to try to bring back the luster in the black paint. Those did a decent job but, recently my truck got scratches from some pesky wild peacocks trying to fight their reflection in my paint (dumb birds). I used a touch up paint from ford to fill in the scratches that went down to metal and thought this would be the perfect time to try this compound to try to blend the small touch up spots and to also try restoring the black luster.
So began my mission on restoring my paint. Waited till the sun was setting, followed the usual steps for prep. Washed, dried, made sure all panels were completely clean and cool to the touch. Used a decent amount on a microfiber towel and got to work on the driver door. To say I was impressed with the results would be an understatement. Not only was I able to successfully blend the tiny touch ups in with the old paint, but the hazy black which started looking grey was now looking like it was a brilliant deep black, like it used to look years and years ago. Shiny enough to see a nice reflection, what you would call a mirror finish. Did the entire truck over the course of a night, section by section, with great results. Followed up with Car Gods Paint Sealant to try and lock in that luster as long as I can.
This definitely got me and I will be purchasing more in the future when the time comes to detail my other truck and motorcycle.
