The threaded rods that come with the kit are WAY too long for the Suzuki X-90. If I had installed those, the hood would not have closed. Reusing old rods, sourcing shorter ones, or modifying the supplied ones is required. The bracket is thin and flimsy overall, but it does its job and the price is nice.

My pickup truck was missing the battery hold down clamp. I found this one to be very easy to install and it holds the battery tight. I did have to drill two holes in the bottom of my battery tray but that wasn’t a big deal

Very nice quality built battery hold down kit. It is simple to install. The crossbar is nice and solid and adjustable to different battery Thicknesses. The J 2 bolts are nice and solid and twice as thick as the original factory ones on my truck. Great Value!

Due to a larger battery my OEM breaker would no longer work so I went with this. It is funny and bends way too easy. It also comes loose quite easily. While not the products fault I had to cut down the rods because they were impacting my hood.
