Tray is good thats it,cables are too thin,buss bar is junk,u bolt doesnt fibasicly all the hardware could be left out t in holes,put it in a vise and squeeze it together,basicly all the hardware could be left out and drop the price to what its worth which is about 25 bucks,66 bucks,not

Junk. Only holes that lined up were for the battery tray itself. U bolt doesn’t fit, bolts to short to attach terminal block to bracket. Bracket holes don’t line up with coolant Res. Extremely unhappy paying $100 for this to have to cobble it together..

This battery relocation kit comes without proper hardware and the buss bar does not sit flush on the bracket. Bad kit get a different one.

Just like all the other reviews. No instructions. The terminal block bracket holes were off and had to be re-drilled. The terminal block was not flat, so I had to build up washers for it to sit right. Lastly, one of the holes on the battery bracket wasn’t punched all the way through. Not a direct fit by all means.

After watching a few YouTube videos, I had to have this battery relocation kit on my 2018 Polaris 570. All parts needed were included and fit was perfect. Highly recommend !

I just finished up the install. There are absolutely zero instruction. It is pretty straight forward however. The aluminum bracket for the battery is fantastic. I have zero complaints there. The powder coating finish is pretty poor on the inside of the tray but that is being nitpicky. The issues with this kit as others stated are the buss bar location, cables and hardware. The buss bar that you are supposed to attach your cables to is useless. The bracket for the bar has to have new holes drilled if you want to use it, if you use it, you will strain the starter cable to its max. Any engine movement and you will have issues. The cables are very light duty, I will be replacing those. The harbor freight winch cables come in a higher gauge than the ones that come in this kit. I had to use my own hardware. They were either stripped or malformed from the factory.
IF you have the mechanical/electrical knowledge to jump into a project, you will be fine. IF you are expecting to get step by step instruction, good luck. All in all the bracket is great, be prepared to get your own hardware, and a set of heavier cables for your battery lead extensions. And dont forget a pile of zip ties. The kit comes with 5- no where near enough.

This is a good product but the termina block they sent did not fit the bracket to mouth it to. Also the pre drilled holes in the bracket didn’t line up with the coolant overflow holes so I wasn’t able to mount it. I ordered a replacement in hopes that they guy working that day wasn’t drunk and drilled the holes correctly and put the correct terminal block in the packaging.

Moves the battery to the back, still a bit difficult to hook up a set of jumpers but is slightly better.
