Looks great. I installed it per Mercrusier manual. Spun the coupling after about 40 minutes. Junk, junk junk. Now I have to pull the motor again. I learned my lesson.

Fit perfect and does what it needs to do. Replaced it on a Saturday. Tested it on Sunday with no issues.

This fit my 5.0 mercruiser great but when I torqued the bolt at 35ft lbs as recommended the first bolt snapped, wound up re using the old bolts, they worked great, never saw a 5/16th grade 5 bolt break at only 36 ft lbs

Installed in my 1985 Chris Craft which took several hours to complete. Put the boat in and the coupler lasted less than an hour. Thank goodness for boat-tow…

The part went on with no problem but failed after one trip went 45miles offshore and the rubber let go 10miles from port had to have coast guards come tow us in because it was late at night and conditions were starting to get bad kicker motor wasn’t enough to move us forward just enough to keep us head in to the waves until they got there

Put product on a 5.0 mercurser. Ran o. The water 10mins at half speed no load. The product broke.

The coupler center section, the center spline section wobbled. I installed it anyway and had terrible vibration, now I’m doing it again with oem mercruiser part. Unfortunately you have to remove engine to gain access to coupler.

Mine lasted 2 hrs at 1/2 throttle..
Now let’s see how much their company is willing to do about it..I’ll repost what they say or do about my cheap part.
