This product arrived quickly and securely. No spills. Because my awning was really dirty and moldy, I used twice the recommended amount – 8 oz /gal. Filled a 5 gal bucket 1/2 full. I used a flat old dust mop and wiped the awning down. The dirt melted. Because I didn’t want the loosened dirt to dry on, I stopped after cleaning half the awning, then rinsing off the product and the dirt and then cleaning the rest. Everything came out great! The dirt came off, but some of the older moldy spots left some light stains. Overall, the awning looked spiffy, really clean. I was impressed!
I highly recommend this product.

I was surprised at the cleaning ability. As a first time user, I was impressed. My awning had 6 years of dirt and stains. I lowered my awning, sprayed the awning cleaner on the awning with a pump type garden sprayer. Used a soft bristle auto wash brush, to rub the cleaner in the canvas. I rinsed the surface with a pressure washer, at a lower pressure, so not damage the water resistant sealant. Some bug stains still remained but with a better,cleaner look.

Was looking for a chemical to help clean my awning. Super simple to use. Leaves a great shine. Makes the awning look brand new. And leaves it with a new smell. Spray it on and rinse it off. Works well and does what it needs to do.
