This air filter fit my Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross perfectly and seems to be doing a great job. The old one picked up a pet smell due to the fact that my pup travels with me daily and even when she wasn’t there I could instantly tell she HAD been there when I turned on the AC or heater. Just as easy to install as any of the other filters out there, but at a much better price point.

The dimensions of this don’t exactly match Infiniti’s OEM, but it’s close enough and is a pretty well made air filter.
For the Infiniti, it’s a royal pain to get to the cabin air filter (which shouldn’t be confused with the engine air filters). YouTube is a big help here. You need to dismantle a bunch of trim, and then unscrew and set aside your glove compartment to access the filter; once you do, it’s as easy as popping the old out and popping the new in.
I don’t know how long it’s been since I replaced mine, but my old one was filthy, especially after a bunch of water problems, and all of that gunk was going into my lungs every time I drove. Changing this out was (literally) a breath of fresh air.
Definitely worth it if you have any kind of DIY skills. A similar repair from a mechanic would probably cost around $20-40, and labor would probably cost around $100-150.
